Driving partner engagement through gamification
RingCentral needed a way to encourage channel partners to actively promote its products over competing solutions. The challenge was to create a programme that motivated sales teams, drove engagement and delivered measurable results. I developed the creative concept, programme identity and digital experience, centred around a bespoke rewards portal and live leaderboard system. Partners could earn points for qualifying activities, track their progress and compete against peers for rewards and recognition. Alongside the platform, I created a full suite of supporting campaign assets including office branding, sales collateral, promotional materials, email communications and launch content. The result was a highly engaging programme that transformed partner participation into an ongoing competition, helping RingCentral strengthen relationships and increase visibility across its channel network.
